Investment Research Analyst
Produce equity and industry research on Ghanaian and West African companies. You will build the analysis, write the notes, and defend the conclusions in front of colleagues who will disagree with you.

What you will do
- Build and maintain financial models for companies under coverage
- Write research notes that state a clear view, the evidence for it, and what would falsify it
- Analyse financial statements with particular attention to earnings quality
- Contribute sector sections to FlowWealth quarterly and annual outlooks
- Present research internally and, over time, to clients
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in equity research, credit analysis, corporate finance or a comparable analytical role
- Demonstrated ability to build a financial model from published statements
- Writing that is clear enough for a non-specialist and precise enough for a professional
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting or a quantitative discipline
Useful, not essential
- CFA charter or progress toward it
- Experience covering African markets
- Familiarity with Ghanaian financial reporting practice
