Economic & Market Data

Every indicator FlowWealth tracks, with its source, frequency and full history. Our standard is simple: no figure is published without a source, a timestamp and an explicit statement of how current it is.

Data Standards

Where our figures come from

Ghanaian official statistics are published as documents rather than as machine-readable feeds. We are explicit about which series are connected to a live source and which are recorded from a publication on a stated date.

  • Reviewed official releases

Bank of Ghana, Ghana Statistical Service and Ghana Stock Exchange publications, recorded with the date each figure was taken.

  • FRED (global macro)

    Connected. Global series update automatically.

  • ECB reference rates (EUR/USD)

Connected, covering EUR/USD only. The ECB set does not publish GHS, so cedi rates come from recorded Bank of Ghana figures.
