Advisory
Akosua Adjei-Larbi
Director, Strategic Advisory
Leads market entry and strategy engagements for corporates, institutions and development organisations.
Biography
Akosua Adjei-Larbi leads FlowWealth's Strategic Advisory practice, covering market entry, investment strategy, business intelligence and public policy research for corporate, institutional and development-sector clients.
The practice exists because research on its own rarely answers the question a client actually has. A manufacturer deciding whether to build capacity in Ghana does not need an inflation forecast; it needs to know what its input costs and FX exposure look like across a range of plausible macroeconomic paths, and which of those paths would make the investment unviable. Akosua's engagements are built to translate FlowWealth's research into that form of decision support.
Before joining FlowWealth, Akosua spent eleven years in management consulting and development finance, advising on market entry across West Africa and on private sector development programmes funded by multilateral institutions.
